Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods

  • UK royal mail is our mail shipping method, including standard and express shipping. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from symbology. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy subject to the following conditions:

       Eligibility for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

      Time Frame for Returns:

  • You must initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns.

       Return Process:

  • To request a return, please contact our customer support team at with your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
  • We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the item.

       Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that your return is received.


  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account.


  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

       Defective or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
